Q. Do I get paid? If you provide us with photos and/or videos of you, then no, we aren't able to pay you. We hope that you'll simply wish to help a growing chub site, and that you wish to show off on-line. As we grow, we hope to be able to pay a modest stipend for picture use. If we are shooting the photos/videos, we can offer a VERY modest shooting fee. Q. Do you want videos or photos? We'll take what you're comfortable with sending.  Q. What if I send you photos of me and you don't use them? There are always photos that will be unacceptable, either because of poor quality, copyright issues, no release forms, etc. If we do not use your photos, we will return them to you, and hope that you will re-submit photos that we can use. Q. Can I use these pics or videos at other sites? No, all photos become the copyright of ChubbyBears.com and cannot be used elsewhere without our permission. Q. So will these pics/videos show up on another site? We will never intentionally allow that to happen. We protect our exclusive content as much as possible, but keep in mind that this is the internet, and even with safeguards unscrupulous people may steal content from us. We will vigorously defend against this, and upon notification of copyright infringement will contact the offending site. We also may use your likeness in advertising or promotional pieces for ChubbyBears.com. Q. How do I get started? Send an email to webmaster at chubbybears.com. Include your LEGAL name, date of birth (you must be over 18), and a sample nude pic of you.  We will also need you to fill out a Model Release Form. This is a legal document that states that ChubbyBears.com can not use any of the material you send us without your authorization. This document helps to protect you and keeps ChubbyBears.com in compliance with the law. This form is online here. You can mail it to the address on it, along with a color copy of your driver's license (required by law). So, here's your chance to tell the world about yourself (and SHOW some skin, too!)
